Welcome to the website for Irene Cox, a Holistic Therapist who practices in Taunton and the surrounding areas.

Irene's decision to become a therapist was made after many years experiencing the beneficial effects on her own well being of a variety of treatments. She now enjoys working with female and male clients of all age groups using a holistic approach which encourages clients to look at how their lifestyle may be having a negative impact on their emotional and physical health and to help them plan small changes.

Irene offers holistic massage, aromatherapy massage, reflexology, Indian head massage, as well as massage and reflexology for pregnancy, reflexology for babies and toddlers and massage for older children and young people. All of these forms of treatment can be extremely helpful in relieving symptoms and helping the body's natural healing  systems to function more effectively.

Credentials

Irene Cox trained at Devon Academy in Barnstaple and is ITEC qualified in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. She regularly attends short training courses and local networking groups to update her skills.

Irene is fully insured and is a Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and Association of Reflexologists (MAR).

Irene is also a Massage in Schools Instructor and qualified Baby Reflex Practitioner.

How to book

Irene works at The Terrace, 35 Staplegrove Road, Taunton, TA1 1DG on Tuesdays and at her home (close to the centre of Taunton) on other days.
